1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or engaging services with Design Fuze (“Agency”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all digital services, including website development, branding & logo design, digital marketing campaigns, packaging design, and strategic consulting.
2. Scope of Work & Project Proposals
All deliverables, timelines, milestone schedules, and pricing packages are defined in formal written proposals or statement of work (SOW) contracts prior to project kick-off. Any requested scope additions or revisions outside the agreed statement of work will be quoted as separate change requests.
3. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Transfer
Upon receipt of 100% full financial payment for completed projects, all commercial ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to final website source code, design vector assets, packaging dielines, and custom visual collateral are fully transferred to the Client. Design Fuze retains the right to display non-confidential project case studies within our portfolio showcase.
4. Client Responsibilities & Content Provision
The Client agrees to provide accurate project assets, text copy, high-resolution imagery, brand guidelines, and timely feedback during review cycles. Delays in client feedback or asset delivery may adjust target launch deadlines accordingly.
5. Payment Schedule & Invoicing
Project payment structures typically involve an initial deposit prior to work initiation, followed by milestone settlements as agreed upon in writing. Invoices are payable upon receipt via approved banking or electronic transfer methods.
6. Limitation of Liability
Design Fuze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, domain registrar interruptions, or client-managed content modifications following project handover.
